We did it! We successfully pulled off our first Indonesian Thanksgiving! Believe it or not, the rest of the world does not celebrate Thanksgiving (apparently it's an American thing(-:). We were able to find a turkey, squeeze it into our very small oven, make a few (not all, but a few) traditional Thanksgiving sides, and even watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade thanks to Papa Touchdown's Slingbox!

Although we did miss spending the day with family, we were thankful for the many new experiences we have had over the past few months and that we were able to celebrate our first ever Indonesian Thanksgiving!
